Customer

Customer is the primary input in all Sales transactions. Customers can be classified as REGULAR or EXPORT customers depending on the nature of business.

How to Create a Customer

  • Go to menu MASTERS -> CUSTOMER
  • Click on CREATE and fill in all necessary details
  • VENDOR CODE is the Code that denotes our company in the Customer database
  • Add multiple addresses, contacts and bank details using the Multigrid in tabs
  • Click on SAVE to add record and be redirected to details view
  • To edit, double click on the same record in Detail view and make changes
  • Like all Masters, Customer data can be made INACTIVE by unchecking the checkbox before SAVE
