Customer
Customer is the primary input in all Sales transactions. Customers can be classified as REGULAR or EXPORT customers depending on the nature of business.
How to Create a Customer
- Go to menu MASTERS -> CUSTOMER
- Click on CREATE and fill in all necessary details
- VENDOR CODE is the Code that denotes our company in the Customer database
- Add multiple addresses, contacts and bank details using the Multigrid in tabs
- Click on SAVE to add record and be redirected to details view
- To edit, double click on the same record in Detail view and make changes
- Like all Masters, Customer data can be made INACTIVE by unchecking the checkbox before SAVE
